Your information
Analytics and visitor privacy
Optional analytics helps Embrace50 understand visitor activity and improve the platform. You can allow or decline it, and reopen Analytics choices in the footer at any time. Declining does not prevent you from using the platform.
Visitor records on Embrace50
For consenting visits, we record IP address, approximate country, region and city when available, time of visit, pages viewed, referring website, browser and version, operating system, device category, browser language, time zone, screen size, and active time. We use a random browser identifier to distinguish returning browsers. We do not use it to identify you by name or join these records to your membership profile.
Full IP addresses are encrypted. Admin reports show masked addresses; only Super Admin can reveal an individual address, and that access is recorded in the audit history. Records are retained for 30 days. Our browser consent preference lasts up to 180 days. A new navigation starts a new visit after 30 minutes without recorded activity.
Location estimates
IP-based location lookup is enabled. We send the public IP address to DB-IP for an approximate country, region and city. IP location is not a home address or GPS position and may reflect a VPN, mobile network or proxy. Unavailable locations are shown as unknown. DB-IP privacy information.
Google Analytics
Google Analytics 4 is configured. When configured, its tag loads only after you allow optional analytics. It receives sanitized page paths and engagement events, not your raw IP address as a custom field, membership identity, private record identifiers, search terms, form values or private content. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled by this integration. Google applies its own data handling and retention settings. Google privacy information.
Change your choice or delete local visitor history
Declining stops further optional collection and clears this integration’s Google cookies. The consent preference retains a random reference so you can still delete your earlier visitor records. Delete my visitor history removes records associated with this browser from Embrace50 and turns optional analytics off. It does not delete information already collected by Google. Browser privacy signals such as Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track disable optional collection. Necessary sign-in, security and transaction records are handled separately under our Privacy Policy.
