Membership payments are for the selected term. Renewal requires your confirmation. Individual experience charges and cancellation terms are shown separately.

What happens after I subscribe?

Review your chosen term and start date, then complete checkout. Once payment is verified, your membership appears in My membership. You can find your benefits, membership dates and payment history there.

Your saved profile country determines payment methods. When no country is saved, we use an approximate location. Update your profile whenever your country of residence changes. The final payment currency and amount are shown before you continue.

When country detection is enabled, your public IP address is sent to country.is for a country lookup. We do not request GPS access. If detection is unavailable, we use your profile, browser region or our default country. Currency conversion uses daily reference rates; your bank may apply its own fees.

Will my membership renew automatically?

No. You pay once for your chosen term and decide whether to renew. Your Community account remains available when a paid term ends.

When do my privileges begin?

After payment is verified, or on the start date shown at checkout when you schedule your next membership. Your account shows your current and upcoming membership.

How do activity savings work?

Your membership discount is calculated automatically on eligible paid experiences and travel departures. You see the price, your savings and the amount due before paying. Bookings and availability are confirmed separately.

Can I change my membership?

Renewals begin after your current term and keep the time you have already paid for. Upgrades and downgrades can start after your current term or as soon as checkout is confirmed. An immediate change replaces the remaining benefits without an automatic refund or credit. Lifetime members can choose an immediate change; their current plan does not need renewal. If a future term is already paid, contact the team to change that scheduled membership before purchasing another term.
