Directions for Use

For Aromatherapy: Add 1–2 drops to a diffuser blend with complementary essential oils. Because Blue Lotus Absolute is highly concentrated and viscous, begin with a very small quantity.

For Topical Use: Dilute 1 drop in at least 5 ml of a suitable carrier oil before applying to the skin.

For Massage: Add 2–3 drops to 30 ml of carrier oil and massage gently onto the body.

For Personal Fragrance: Dilute appropriately in jojoba oil or a suitable perfume base and apply sparingly to pulse points.

For Bath Use: Mix 1–2 drops with a tablespoon of carrier oil or an unscented bath base before adding to warm bathwater. Do not add the undiluted absolute directly to the bath.

For Meditation Rituals: Use in a diffuser, aroma stone or properly diluted pulse-point blend before meditation, journaling or evening relaxation.
