Shopping returns and refunds

Version 1 · Published 2026-09-09

1. Change of mind

For eligible goods, notify us within 14 calendar days after you or your nominated recipient receives them that you wish to return them. Send them back within the next 14 calendar days after giving notice. If local law gives a longer period or different trigger, it applies. Use the order form, Contact us or email; no special wording is required. Inspect goods as you reasonably could in a shop. A lawful deduction for diminished value caused by handling beyond necessary inspection must be explained and supported; it is not a fixed restocking penalty.

2. Limited change-of-mind exceptions

Where applicable law permits and the exclusion was clearly disclosed before purchase, the voluntary return option may exclude genuinely personalised goods, rapidly perishable goods and sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed. Ordinary products are not excluded simply because they were discounted or bought with a member benefit. No exclusion removes rights for defective, unsafe, incorrect or misdescribed goods. If a listed exception is not legally available in your country, your local right prevails.

3. Faults and incorrect orders

Contact us with the order and problem. We provide the legally required remedy, which may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund, at no improper cost to you. Do not accept a store credit unless it is your free choice. Australian consumer guarantees and EU/UK conformity rights are not limited to our change-of-mind period. Other countries' mandatory guarantees also remain available. Reasonable evidence may be requested, but we do not require original packaging for a statutory faulty-goods remedy where the law does not permit that condition.

4. Return process and costs

Ask for the correct return destination and safe instructions, particularly for liquids, batteries or regulated goods. We provide these promptly; waiting for instructions does not remove a valid notice or lawful right to return. Use suitable packaging and keep dispatch evidence. For a voluntary change-of-mind return you pay the direct return cost only if we disclosed that obligation before purchase and the law permits it. We bear reasonable necessary return costs for defective goods or our mistake. Do not send goods to an unrelated office or event venue.

5. Amount and timing

We refund the amount paid for the returned goods, allocated discounts and any outbound standard delivery charge required by law; premium delivery upgrades need not be refunded beyond the legally required amount. We do not impose a blanket restocking or payment-processing fee. For applicable withdrawal rights, refunds are made within the legally required period; where permitted, we may wait for the goods or evidence of dispatch. Refunds go to the original payment method unless lawfully agreed otherwise. The cancellation and refund policy provides timing, complaints and regional safeguards.

6. Simple cancellation notice

You may write: “I wish to cancel or return my order [reference], received on [date]. The affected products are [items]. My name and contact details are [details]. Please confirm the return instructions and refund.” This form is optional. Do not include card security details. An admin status update or return authorization is an operational step, not a condition that overrides a statutory right.
