For Aromatherapy: Add 2–4 drops to a diffuser filled with the manufacturer-recommended amount of water. Diffuse intermittently in a spacious, well-ventilated room.

For Evening Relaxation: Diffuse 2–3 drops while reading, journaling, meditating or unwinding before bedtime.

For Personal Inhalation: Add 1–2 drops to a personal aromatherapy inhaler. Inhale gently as required. Do not apply the undiluted blend inside or directly beneath the nostrils.

For Topical Use: Dilute 1 drop in at least 10 ml of a suitable carrier oil before applying to a small area of skin.

For Massage: Add 2–3 drops to 30 ml of jojoba, sweet almond, fractionated coconut or another suitable carrier oil. Apply preferably during an evening routine.

For Personal Fragrance: Add 1–2 drops to 10 ml of jojoba oil or an appropriate perfume base. Apply sparingly to pulse points after performing a patch test.

For Beard or Grooming Oil: Add 1 drop to 15 ml of jojoba, argan or another suitable grooming oil. Avoid the eyes, lips and nostrils.

For Bath Use: Mix 1–2 drops thoroughly with a prepared bath base or suitable cosmetic solubiliser before adding to warm bathwater. Never add the undiluted blend directly to the bath.

For Passive Aromatherapy: Add 1–2 drops to an aroma stone or other suitable passive diffuser.

Always dilute conservatively and perform a patch test before first use. Blue Tansy, Neroli, Lavender and Bergamot contain naturally occurring fragrance constituents that may cause irritation or allergic sensitisation in susceptible individuals.

Cold-pressed Bergamot Essential Oil may increase the skin’s sensitivity to sunlight and ultraviolet radiation. Avoid direct sunlight, tanning beds and other ultraviolet exposure on the application area for at least 12 hours after topical use.

The phototoxicity warning may be adjusted only when the Bergamot Oil is specifically documented as FCF, bergapten-free, steam-distilled or otherwise non-phototoxic. Follow the current supplier-issued IFRA certificate and batch documentation.

People with allergies or sensitivities to plants in the Asteraceae family should use Blue Tansy-containing products with additional caution.

Avoid contact with the eyes, face, inner ears, nostrils, mucous membranes and other sensitive areas. Do not apply to broken, inflamed, freshly shaved or highly sensitive skin.

Blue Tansy gives the blend a naturally deep blue or blue-green colour that may temporarily tint pale skin or stain clothing, towels, diffuser components and porous surfaces.

Keep out of reach of children and pets. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use during pregnancy, breastfeeding, while taking medication or if you have allergies, sensitive skin or another medical condition.

Use diffusers intermittently in a spacious, well-ventilated area. Allow children and pets to move away from the aroma.

Discontinue use if redness, itching, irritation, coughing, headache, dizziness or breathing discomfort occurs.

Store tightly closed in a cool, dry and dark place away from direct sunlight, heat, sparks and open flames.
